Well I was not expecting to win anything last night! What an honour to even be shortlisted so I am extremely grateful to have won! Thank you so much to Irish Country Magazine for creating such a brilliant event and celebrating all things Irish! It was lovely to be in a room with so many inspiring creatives and the energy was so lovely! HUGE thanks to everyone who voted for me to get me there, yer support is never forgotten and there is no way I would be able to do what I love without that support.

Massive thanks to my husband for being by my side and cheering me on every step of the way.

It was a really sad week for us as we had to put our furry friend to sleep on Monday after 13 years together so it has really been a rollercoaster of a week and this was such a nice lift me up after a heartbreaking week.

Lately..

August was a busy one with lots of lovely little breaks and I haven’t had a massive amount of time in the studio over that last few weeks so tomorrow feels like the start of a new year and I’m really excited to work some more on these abstract pieces that are brewing and hopefully getting my coastal series finished and launched soon! It’s nearly there but I want to wait until I’m 100% happy with them before I drop it!

I was so thrilled last week to find out that I’ve been shortlisted for the Irish Country Magazine - Irish Made Awards! 🎉
It’s something I’ve applied for over the years and never been successful, so to say I’m thrilled is a bit of an understatement! It’s also been a lovely reminder to keep putting yourself out there, keep applying, and not let the rejections knock you back. You never know when something might finally come your way!
BUT… I’m asking you all for a huge favour! 🙏
I would be so incredibly grateful if you could take 2 seconds to vote for me! I honestly don’t imagine I’ll win, but I’m absolutely thrilled to have even made the shortlist.
