When the West Cork opening you've been dreaming about since 2025 is even more jaw-dropping IRL ✨️🥲. In a world of copycat trends and Sysco-filled menus, couple Mark and Sadie are doing something off the wall amazing at Harnen, the follow up to everyone's West Cork favourite Pilgrim's. The pastries are made with wholegrain Irish wheat and sourdough, and taste unlike any pastries possibly anywhere, ever? This may be a religious experience for you, if you worship pastry 👋⛪️. Every ingredient locally sourced, from Roscarberry strawberries for the scones to Caherbeg free range pork for the sausage rolls. It's all like a stupidly delicious blueprint for another food world that's entirely possible but a far more complex way of doing things. Thank God for people like this showing us what's possible with food, flavour, time and sourcing. All the awards for Harnen please 🏆🏅🎖
