Product Replacement Program – Tucson Circulating Pumps
We have identified a safety concern around the mains electrical coupling on Tucson 5m, 6m and 8m models manufactured before November 2024. The mains electrical coupling on these pumps can be connected in reverse which can pose a serious risk of electrocution.
This issue has been removed on Tucson pumps manufactured after November 2024, which have serial numbers beginning after D44 02809a for 5m models, and after D32 11233b for 6m models and after D32 01197c for 8m models.
We are offering to replace affected pumps which can be identified by the serial number (S/N) which is included on the product label. Details of affected products are available at https://tucsonpumps.com/serial-number-checking-tool/

Customers, installers and merchants are urged to:
· Check serial numbers of their installed Tucson circulating pumps
· Installed pumps can remain in operation, but you must not have any physical contact with the pump electrical connection.
