Are you looking to have a go at literary translation? We are hosting a translation workshop alongside on Thursday, 6th of November, 4pm, where you can try your hand at translating a literary text! The workshop will take place at the Trinity Centre for Literary and Cultural Translation, 36 Fenian Stret.

Thank you to all who attended the launch party for the summer issue of JoLT's fourteenth volume! As always, we are delighted to listen to our contributors discuss their work with such enthusiasm and to share the joy of translated literature with our community.

The Trinity Journal of Literary Translation is now accepting submissions for Volume 14, Term Issue I. For this issue, JoLT is welcoming art submissions related to the theme of "HAUNTING."

"I know that ghosts have wandered the earth. Be with me always—take any form —drive me mad. Only do not leave me in this abyss, where I cannot find you!"

Send us your illustrations, paintings, drawings, collages, photography, or intermedial translations in .jpg or .png format. Your submitted work must be your own creation

Submissions are to be made via email to [email protected] before 12pm (noon) on Sunday, October 26th 2025.

The Trinity Journal of Literary Translation is now accepting submissions for Volume 14, Term Issue I. For this issue, JoLT is welcoming translations of literary works related to the theme of "HAUNTING."

Sanctuaries, safe havens, places where we seek shelter from adversity. Whether it is a physical space, a community, or a state of being, we welcome your interpretations of the theme.
