The actual castle capital of the world 📍 Wales

This is Beaumaris, a seaside town in Anglesey, Wales!

🏰 It’s mostly known for its perfectly symmetrical medieval castle, but you could spend a whole day exploring the little downtown and walking the coastal path!

The name originates from the Norman French… “Beau marais” means “beautiful”!!!

Send to the castle lover in your life so they can plan a trip to this amazing place!

📌 Add The Giant’s Causeway to your travel bucket list!

Northern Ireland is extremely underrated! We can’t stop thinking about our day trip to the Giant’s Causeway from Belfast!

The Giant’s Causeway is located on the northern coast of the country and was created by ancient volcanos 60 million years ago. The columns that were created are like nothing we’ve ever seen and leave you feeling like you’re on the moon!

OR you can believe the myth… 😉
The myth explains that the columns were formed as a path built by the Irish giant Finn McCool to cross the sea and fight his Scottish rival!

How to get to the Giant’s Causeway:

The easiest way is with a car! It’s only an hours drive from Belfast, with an amazing cliff side drive and pubs to stop at along the way!

We visited via a tour from Belfast! It was one of the best tours we’ve done! We drove the most scenic route and got to visit other amazing places along the way…

⭐️ Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge
⭐️ The Dark Hedges
⭐️ Old Bushmills Distillery
⭐️ Dunluce Castle

And many more places!!

‼️ Comment “Giant” and we’ll send you the link to the exact tour we did and LOVED!

We traveled with the ✈️ Travel Weekender 25L for our weekend trip to California and managed to fit everything we needed inside! Yes, we’re light packers, but we were still surprised at how much we could fit!

‼️ One of the things we love most about this bag is the weatherproof exterior that is SO easy to clean.

Why you NEED to visit Sedona, Arizona! 🌵

Comment “SEDONA” and we’ll send our full Sedona hiking guide!

We’re .and.steph and we used to live 2 hours from Sedona. We also got married there! We’ve spent so much time in this beautiful city and want to share our favorite hikes with you! 🌵

1. Soldier Pass Cave:
🥾 3.5 mile out and back
⭐️ Moderate
🚘 Use the FREE Sedona shuttle from the shuttle parking lot, or walk from the parking lot (this adds an extra mile).

We love this hike because you get to see many landmarks like Devils Kitchen and the Seven Sacred Pools before reaching the cave!

2. Merry Go Round Rock:
🥾 8+ miles out + back
⭐️ Moderate/difficult
🚘 Park in the Munds Wagon lot. You’ll need to pay $5 OR have your red rock parking pass!

We love this hike because it takes you through a variety of different desert terrain and the view at the end is unique!

3. Cathedral Rock:
🥾 1.2 miles out + back
⭐️ Hard
🚘 Park in the Cathedral Rock lot and pay $5 at the kiosk or have your red rock parking pass on you!

We love this hike because it’s a scramble up about 750 feet in less than a mile! Also, you get the most amazing view of Sedona. ‼️ This hike is popular so get there early!

4. Sugarloaf Loop:
🥾 1.8 mile loop - there are many ways to make this one longer!
⭐️ Moderate
🚘 Parking in the Sugarloaf lot is FREE!

We love this hike because it’s more of a chill walk. The only reason we rate it moderate is because of the uneven terrain! This is more of a local hike with unique views of Sedona!

1. Subway Cave:
🥾 5.5 miles out + back
⭐️ Moderate
🚘 Park in the Boynton Canyon lot! Pay $5 at the kiosk or have your red rock pass on you!

We love this hike for the view at the end! It can be challenging to climb into the cave, but if you turn left as you approach the ascent, there are hidden stairs that will take you up!

📌 SAVE if you plan on visiting Switzerland 🇨🇭

This is Thun! Our favorite town in Switzerland! It’s a compact town with a lot to do and see without the crowds of other Swiss towns!

You can get there by train from Interlaken OR take the ferry from Interlaken across Lake Thun! We recommend taking the ferry because the views are unmatched! 🛥️

This view is from 📍 Thun Castle! You can enter FREE with a Swiss Travel Pass. The back gardens (where I’m sitting in this video) are free to enter even if you don’t have a pass!

We recommend watching the sunset here!

Things that are overrated in Switzerland…. 🇨🇭

Literally NOTHING!

Switzerland is the dreamiest country we’ve ever been to and just being there is enough. Every part of the country we’ve seen, even the most touristy places are beautiful and CLEAN with so much to do!

Yes, Switzerland can be expensive, but all these places, even the popular and expensive Jungfraujoch is worth it!

Our one tip: Spend your money on experiences in Switzerland! Shop at grocery stores and make picnics to take with you!

We did a lot of shopping at Coop because it seemed to be the most convenient, but Aldi and Lidl are cheaper!
