Day two in Wales ❤️
✨ Abergavenny & Hay-on-Wye 🏴
| We teamed up with Wales for this Wales adventure
We started the day exploring Abergavenny and honestly if you’ve never heard of it before, it’s a lovely little market town in South Wales, Full of character, independent shops and just a really nice relaxed feel to it.🤍
One thing we absolutely loved about this trip was having the car 🚗💚 It was so worth renting one in Wales because it gave us the freedom to explore places like this properly.
The drives were beautiful and we came across all these unique little towns and villages we probably never would have visited otherwise ✨
Later we stopped off in Hay-on-Wye while making our way to our next stop 📚🤍 If you’re a book lover you would absolutely love this place. It’s famous for its bookshops and had such a lovely atmosphere to wander around.
We were actually meant to rent bikes nearby too as this part of Wales is really popular for cycling and there are some beautiful routes around here 🚴Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side that day, but it’s definitely something we’ll have to come back and do because it looked so worth it ✨
The hospitality in Wales was honestly amazing ❤️ Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, there was such a lovely manner about people and we just got a really nice feeling travelling around ✨
Also… we kept saying it the whole trip, but the food was A1 🤤🍽️
