So this morning after a week of thinking about why I shouldn't do it, I ventured up to DKIT to attempt the 5km Park run. Turns out it has been over 7 years since I last was at it π€¦ decided to set a reverse timer counting back from 1 hour(so I defo didn't do it in 16mins that the picture has ππ) was just in the hope to motivate me a little and I finished with a time of 43.19 which for a guy who hasn't run pretty much at all in years and years but with the weightloss I wanted to just try. I know its slow as hell but am very happy with this. Have some hopes going forward so let's see how it goes β€οΈπ
