Did sitting in group waiting on your turn give you anxiety ? Although that was never our intention we have recognised that some members felt that way. 😪Sooooooo we’re introducing an improved approach to image therapy focused on 100% Food Optimising, recognising triggers, danger zones, and sabotage traps, and boosting motivation and commitment. The goal is to break through barriers, make positive changes, and achieve a great weight loss next week. A key change is that we won’t be sharing individual losses and gains in group, helping reduce anxiety—especially after a gain. My aim is simple: to give you the tools and support needed for effective weight loss and long-term lifestyle change.
