The membership offers you reminders to practice mindfulness and mindfulness is simply awareness. When we are stressed we are in our heads, we are thinking a lot but if we can be aware of what is actually happening in any given moment we don't experience that same stress.
The membership is your reminder to be present, your reminder to get out of your head and to be here. You can do this through meditations and sitting quietly or simply by being aware of what you are doing in the moment.
The Mindful Activities that are part of the membership teach you that mindfulness and meditation isn't just about sitting quietly for 10 minutes, it is about being present in your everyday life.

What is it like to be frustrated because the bus is late.
Just be with what is there so that maybe the stress doesn't come or if it does simply noticing that you are stressed.
The membership is open to anyone looking to learn more about mindfulness, meditation and how it can change your life. It is just €27 per month and there is no set time that you have to stay. You get four 10 minute meditations per month and two mindful activities, you have reminders to practice and reminders to be grateful.
