Parents have very little, if any, time for themselves.
I know that, but if you are miserable, if you are stressed and anxious, your children can feel it. They know. Even if you try to hide it from them, your kids are very intuitive.
But if you don't have time to yourself, how are you supposed to do things that will help you feel less stressed?
This is what we are learning in my 21 Day Meditation Journey Accountability Group!
I have had a message from a mother of two six year olds, telling me that she did her meditation on the train to work. She has a 15/20 minute long train journey to work every day, where there are no kids asking for things or requesting things, or even in her care so she decided to use the time to help herself and she said that it was great.
Meditation does not have to be done in a silent space. You don't have to have loads of time and you don't even have to close your eyes.
Can you keep your eyes open now, as you read this and notice how your breath feels in your body right now? Where can you feel the breath coming in? Is the air cold? Is it warm?
Can you let that be your meditation for today?
The accountability group is about finding what works for you.
We have another three and a half weeks left inside the Accountability group where you can explore when you are able to take 10 minutes for yourself every day.
If you would like to join us for the next 3.5 weeks and get access to 21 ten minute long meditations, comment below and I will send you the link to sign up and join us!
