My Peaceful Place Membership gives you two mindful activities a month so you can learn how to channel your emotions when they are feeling really really volatile and you don't want to kill anyone!
The mindful activities can be as simple as going for a walk or shaking your body out and both of these things move the energy around and out of your body so you feel less angry or agitated or even anxious!
The Mindful Activities are different every month and the reminders you are given in the membership will allow you to remember to do them, because like most mindful things, we forget! It is so easy to get caught up in our own heads and to be focusing only on the negative things happening instead of taking control of our feelings.
The Peaceful Place Membership will teach you how you can take control so that you don't let your emotions control your life, or your behaviours!
