Oughterard ceramacist Sinead O Toole has been in and out of the market scene for a few years now and has been especially active this year with us.

Her brand has it's own distinct identity making her work very unique and unmistakably her own.

Tiny Traders :

The Seaweed Skin Company are back with us in the Festival Garden for their third appearance at our Tiny Traders Pop up.

In the Seaweed business since the mid 90s Ricky has made the industry his own by keeping it simple.... high quality wild Atlantic seaweed.

You can find his product in many of Seaweed baths and spas across the country.

The superb versatility of his product lends itself to it's purity and organic origins off the North and West coast of Ireland.

The seaweed can be used to fortify all types of hair and skin as a paste or mask, soaked in in a bath, and even eaten so it's a powerhouse of minerals for both external and internal wellness.

Ricky will be exhibiting and sampling his products with us every day for the duration of the festival so why not come down and sample the product for yourself

Hailing from Limerick but living in Renmore Martha Begley is a local author specialising in Children's books.

Despite being only a few years since it's creation Galway Fairytales feels like it's a household name.

Martha's stories are based in well known Galway locations such as Merlin Woods and have garnered much praise and attention for the positive social and moralistic themes contained within the stories.

With an ever growing collection of books and a couple of series under her belt Martha's work ethic and creativity are clear to be seen.

Galway Fairytales have been an ever present at our Arts Festival pop ups as an option for children of all ages and Martha maintains that Arts Festival is her favourite time of the year.

She's with us every single day from start to finish so be sure to pop in and hello

Tiny Traders :

Magda and Seamus from are featuring at this years Festival Garden pop up on selected days including today.

Magda has been a staple of Tiny Traders for nearly 8 years now and is one of only 3 remaining original Traders as she has been with us since the very first day we ever opened in September 2017.

Magda has also participated in every single Arts Festival Pop up we've had making this her 5th appearance at the festival.

Formerly trading as Magda and Seamus have taken a new creative direction drawing inspiration from many sources to produce a hybrid of crystals, copper, wood, beads and silver infused into handmade jewellery and souvenirs.

Be sure to check their collection as new pieces are constantly being created.

And just like that we're into the second week of the wonderful spectacle that is the Galway International Arts Festival....

And just like that we're into the second week of the wonderful spectacle that is the Galway International Arts Festival.

It's been another nice Monday afternoon to kick off week 2 so let's hope it continues.
