Emerald Isle Records first release is Cian Finn's debut Album entitled "This Applies". Max Romeo, Horseman & Hollie Cook.

Recorded onto tape using the best 1970's vintage gear by Prince Fatty feat. Mastered for vinyl using an original Motown Neumann lathe Emerald Isle Records was established in 2015 in Galway city on the west coast of Ireland. The label's focus is to release & highlight contemporary Irish music produced on this culturally rich island we call home. To be anti-apartheid you don't need to be pro-palestine or anti-israel, you don't even need to support the nation state model in general, you just need to be against apartheid. Apartheid is defined by the International Criminal Court as a crime against humanity, more specifically; inhumane crimes committed in the context of an institutionalised regime of systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over any other racial group (or national, ethnic or cultural group). Human rights groups (both Israeli and international), the 2017 Israel-Palestine UN approved ESCWA report and Palestinian civil society agree that Israel is operating an apartheid system. I've also been there and seen it with my own eyes. If you are anti-apartheid you must focus on opposing the apartheid policies and infrastructure implemented by the state of Israel. Politics aside, I think we have a moral and ethical obligation to voice our opposition. Please make yourself heard.
