Sharing this because it’s honestly the easiest thing I’ve ever done — and it’s how I lost 58 kilos.
Most people here don’t know about this simple fix, even though it was discovered and studied in Ireland. A friend sent me an article, and as soon as I read it, it just made sense.
I followed it daily with my meals — nothing difficult — and the weight kept dropping. My energy came back, I felt lighter, and in time I lost 58 kilos.
