The Rime of The Ancient Mariner August 4th/8pm
A Performance by John O’ Mahony
“The Rime of the Ancient Mariner” is a narrative poem by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, exploring themes of sin, guilt, redemption, and the power of nature. The poem follows the Mariner’s journey after he kills an albatross, a seemingly innocent act that has dire consequences for him and his shipmates. Through vivid imagery and supernatural elements, Coleridge examines the Mariner’s suffering and eventual spiritual awakening.
This Poem is magnificently brought to life in John O’Mahony’s mesmerizing account. He sets the scene, draws the characters, and takes the audience on a spell-binding journey

Coconut & Vanilla gateaux. This was an anniversary cake I made a few weeks ago, based on a simple wedding cake style . Three layers inside with a light fluffy white chocolate butter cream with a hint of coconut liqueur with fresh mango puree to give a little sharpness to the overall cream filing. when it comes to cakes nothing is beyond the realms of imagination.
