🥇 Legacy Award – Posthumously awarded to Taweesak Trakoolwattana

The Legacy Award was a particularly poignant honour, recognising Executive Chef Tao’s outstanding contribution to Thai cuisine in Ireland. Tao, who worked closely with founder Paul Cadden, led the culinary side of the Saba Group for over 20 years.

⚠️ The Irish Hotels Federation expresses SERIOUS CONCERNS about the ongoing drop in overseas visitor spend following the Inbound Tourism August 2025 figures released today by the CSO (Central Statistics Office Ireland)

⚠️ The 9% drop in expenditure by overseas visitors in August compared to the same month last year is part of a broader trend, with overseas expenditure down over 13% year to date. ⚠️
