These are Irish businesses that supported me and believed in me before I had loads of followers!! It’s been a pleasure working with them, they support me as much as I support them🙏🏻❤️

It’s not easy being in business in this country, there is so much red tape , expenses, keeping people in employment, taxes, rates, keeping the show on the road when business gets quiet.

A pinch me moment😆😍 I am honoured to be joining this incredible lineup for the Women in Wellness event coming up in on Sunday March 12th to celebrate International Women’s Day.

The event is in aid of ,a fantastic resource in Limerick to support children following a loss or bereavement.

The MC on the Day will be the Wonderful Richard Lynch of
The Charlotte Tilbury Team from Brown Thomas Limerick will be joining us on the day.

Ticket are just €30 and includes:
-Brunch Dish
-Drink on Arrival
50% of all ticket costs go directly to the Limerick Childrens Grief Centre.

😭PINCH ME MOMENT - “Manifesting Michelle’….. my very first E-Book is now available for download on Shopify… A very proud moment to say the least❤️

This book contains some of the things I learned through my weight loss journey. Weight loss is not as easy as “eat less and exercise more”…. If it was there would be no such thing as being overweight….

Loosing weight is both a physical and psychological transformation, challenging you to do better for yourself and those who depend on you.

If you are struggling to get started with weight loss, I hope you take some inspiration from my story and feel inspired to make moves in the right direction.

JANUARY 2023 LETS GO💪🏻🥳
After having a very indulgent Christmas break, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I’m very excited to get back into my normal exercise & eating routine.

I’ve been feeling quite sluggish the last few days, although I am battling a cold at the moment🤧not eating the right foods and not drinking enough water is definitely contributing to how I feel.

💪🏻To get back on track, for the next 2 weeks I plan to….

✔️Drink 2 litres of water daily
✔️Eat protein at each meal
✔️Snack on fruits & veggies
✔️Get a good nights sleep, no phone after 8pm
✔️Start reading my new year book ( by 📚)

🔝All very basic, but these simple habits can make it easier to back into the swing of things.
