A full time Traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate club in Limerick. All levels catered for from the age of 4 - 16 years. Ideal for self discipline, fitness, conditioning, self defense, sports, self confidence. Affiliated to JKS. Our approach to training here is very simple;

Well done everybody who trained today and graded. Not everybody passed but hopefully some lessons learned. It’s the only way to learn. If everybody passed every grading we’d be doing something terribly wrong. Great credit for the attempt. We can always fix what we need to fix if you’re willing to try. If not, we cannot.
Thanks to Dermot OKeeffe Sensei again for the visit as always.

Back at it tomorrow again as usual.
