Tonight we visited Park 89 Bar & Bistro, located in the , and once again it didn’t disappoint!

The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of great options for adults and children alike. The kids’ choices make it a brilliant spot for a relaxed family meal, while the desserts were absolutely gorgeous—the perfect way to finish.

The service is always fantastic, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more welcoming.

Park 89 also serves its popular €15.50 carvery seven days a week:

Monday–Saturday: 12 noon–2.30pm
Sundays and bank holidays: 12 noon–4pm
(Carvery only—no sandwiches—on Sundays and bank holidays.)

There’s also a three-course set menu for €37, served seven days a week.

Delicious food, beautiful desserts, friendly staff and great value—Park 89 at the Talbot Hotel Midleton is definitely worth a visit!

Wegovy update week 13.

✨ **Week 13 Update** ✨

I'm staying on the **1mg** for another month. I was off it for three weeks, so I didn't want to jump straight up to **1.7mg**. I have a feeling the symptoms might hit a bit harder this time since I've had that break, but we'll see how it goes.

I also needed to try a new injection site, so instead of my usual tummy, I tried my **thigh** this time. Interested to see if I notice any difference!

Here's to another month on 1mg—I'll keep you all updated. 💚
