What a magical evening on South Quay! ✨🎅
We were there as the Christmas tree lights were officially turned on in Newcastle West — and who better to do the honours than Santa Claus himself!

There were smiling faces everywhere as Santa arrived, switched on the festive lights and handed out gifts to delighted children, bringing plenty of Christmas cheer to the riverside. 🎁🌟

Huge credit to everyone involved in making it such a special moment for local families — and thanks, as always, to our listeners and community for sharing the festive spirit with us.

Over the past two Thursdays, local musician Kevin Barry joined by Shane Logue, Gerard Conghan, Paul Logue and Charlie Lynch brought Christmas spirit right into the heart of the town during late-night shopping.

From foot-tapping tunes to smiling shoppers stopping for a listen, it was a brilliant reminder of the talent and community spirit we’re lucky to have here in West Limerick. 💚
