This device was advertised as providing complimentary access to television channels from around the world simply by connecting it to their television, similar to an Amazon Fire Stick, allowing them to enjoy "free TV channels" for which television operators typically charge a monthly fee. He believed it was such an advantageous offer that he bought 2 units. However, upon receiving the package, he was unable to operate the devices and reported that the instructions were unclear.
