🔥 3 DAYS OUT | INTERCLUB SPARRING DAY RETURNS 🔥

After the huge success of our last Interclub Sparring Day, we’re delighted to announce that we’ll be running it back on:

📆 Saturday 20th June
⚖️ Weigh Ins from 9AM
⏰ First bouts from 10AM
📍 Éire Grapple, Tullamore

This is a brilliant opportunity for athletes from local clubs to gain valuable fight simulation experience in a safe, controlled, and well-organised environment.

🥊 MMA & Kickboxing
👊 Adults & Teens Aged 12+
⚖️ Weight & skill divisions from novice to pro
🐦 Minimum 2 matches where possible (1 in each discipline or 2 in 1)
💸 Entry just €20 via Smoothcomp
👀 Spectators €5

Our last event was a massive success, with athletes getting great rounds, building confidence, and gaining experience without the pressure of a full fight show.

This one will be even bigger again.
Perfect for beginners looking to take their first step, active athletes looking for extra rounds, and clubs wanting to get their members valuable experience.
