Colm & Jeans beautiful daughter Rayne has always been the light of their lives—bringing laughter, kindness, and joy to everyone who knows her. Recently, their world was turned upside down when Rayne was diagnosed with stage 4 Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG). DMG is an aggressive, rare, and fast-growing cancerous brain tumor that forms in the central, "midline" areas of the brain and spinal cord.

⚠️ Altered Timetable | Sept 16th – 21st ⚠️

Due to the National Ploughing Championships 🚜 causing major traffic disruption around town, and The Midlands Throwdown 🏋️‍♂️, we’ll be running a reduced class schedule next week.

✅ Here’s the plan:

Monday 15th we are open as normal 🤩

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evening provisionally have Open Gym slots, but all going well our usual evening classes will run as normal 🔥

Please keep an eye on the members Facebook group daily for workouts and more information on what's happening each day 👀

There are no classes on the evening of Friday 19th and we are closed Saturday 20th for The Midlands Throwdown
