In the movie O Mullane plays a man called Paddy O Sullivan who escapes from a Mental Hospital and thinks that he's James Bond. He even has a very exaggerated silly scottish accent (a silly omage to Sean Connery) travels with 3 toys: a proboscis Monkey, and a male and female Rabbit. Bond thinks the toys are M, Q and a Spanish secret agent called Sanchez.

He can hear their voices which were all done in post by actor Jerry o mullane who speaks fluent spanish.)
Bond's wife and daughter(played by Cork actress Ellen Quirke) are desperately trying to catch up with Paddy and get him back to the hospital. However in a hilarious twist when a whole bunch of real international terrorists come after Paddy it leaves everybody questioning reality? Could he actually be Bond??"

Woo hoo!!! :) Bond Delusion Comedy Feature Film Written, directed, starring and edited by yours truly! :)"Official trailer Below" launches February 23rd 7.30PM upstairs in Clancy's Bar, Princes Street, Centre, Cork!
The Screening Venue upstairs holds around 50 so to be guaranteed a spot PM me and I'll add you to the guest list! :) First come! First served to see the movie! :)

Massive thanks to Clancys Bar for the lovely screening venue upstairs and for offering to promote the film launch on their website :)

Regarding the film first and foremost a huge thank you to Noelle Clarke! :) Between the two of us we shot this film on a Canon C100 MK11, did the lights, sound and every aspect of production AND we both acted in lead roles in it aswell ! :)
Basically the two of us literally had to figure out how to do everything as we went along including how to use the camera!!!

Thank you to the actors "Noelle Clarke, Ellen Quirke, Mike O Neil, Merlin Goss, Sean Ahern, Mary Barry Donnealan, Eugene O'Sullivan, Adam Clarke, Cormac Brenock, Johnny Brackett and Alan Finnerty.". who gave inspired performances and got stuck in helping out on production too! And to Jason Driscoll who wrote, recorded and performed the Bond Delusion theme tune NO HERO!
Massive thanks also to Tony O'Flaherty who did amazing work on the track at Sonas Recording Studio Killarney!
Thanks to Cheers Bar Fermoy for letting us shoot there.

Bond Delusion Production never finished due to the pandemic but I spent a year editing the 95 percent of the movie we had shot as I was determined this movie would get out there!

Lovely news today that 'Afternoon Tea' has been nominated for four awards at the Garoa Awards Monthly Short Film Festival of Sao Paulo. Best Narrative Soundtrack Jerry Omullane, Best Narrative Short, Best Narrative Director and Best Supporting Actress LN Kwerkelton. So thrilled that our little short is being so well received. Huge congrats and thanks to everyone involved!!
