We believe in creating animation that is as brilliant, diverse and unique as every

Whether it be our original content, or partnering on shows we love, Kavaleer bring the experience, passion and vision to create and sustain enduring brands for generations to come. Our studio was nominated for European Producer of the year at the 2017 edition of Cartoon Forum. In our 20 year history, we have produced four wholly developed shows ‘Garth & Bev’ (26x 11’, CBeebies, RTEjr), ‘Wildernuts

’ (52 x 7’, RTEjr, Tiny Pop), ‘Kiva Can Do!’ (65 x 11’,RTEjr, Gulli, Nick Jr) and ‘Alva’s World’ (52 x 11’ RTEjr, Sky Kids, YLE). Additionally, Kavaleer have provided services for or co-produced ‘Lifeboat Luke’ (52x 5’, RTEjr ) ‘Abadas’ (52 x 11’, CBeebies, RTEjr), ‘Boj’ (52 x 11’, CBeebies, RTEjr) , with Paper Owl; ‘Pablo’ (104 x 11', CBeebies, RTEjr), with Watch Next Media / Cloudco 'Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese' (104 x 11', Gulli, CBBC, DeAKids, Super RTL) and with Wyndley Animation / Brothers McLeod ‘Circle Square’ (40 x 7’, Milkshake). Kavaleer are currently closing a number of long-form coproduction and service contracts for 2022-2024 and are in late-stage development on ‘Adam Loves Adventure!’ (52 x 11’) with Irish ‘National Treasure’, Adam King.

Kavaleer are delighted to announce the first international sale for their latest preschool production ‘Adam Loves Adventure!’ The show has been picked up by Belgian broadcaster VRT / in the first of a number of deals currently being negotiated by the studio’s Originals unit.

Following on from our RTS nominated, ratings-topping special ‘Adam Saves Christmas’, this preschool comedy series follows the voyages of real-life hero (and star of our show) Adam King, in his intergalactic mission to bring smiles and friendship to the farthest reaches of the universe. Also starring , , Portia McLoughlin and Bonnie O’Meara, the series is currently in production at our Dublin studio, and will premiere on at a date to be announced later this year.

It might be a rainy Monday but inside it’s a sunny start to our week here at Kavaleer with 2 great wins for “Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese”™ We picked up Best Animated Kids Series (Over 6 years) and the most coveted Kids Choice award (over 6 years) 🏆🏆

A huge thank you to Animation Ireland and the Irish Animation Awards team for such a fantastic evening! A massive shout-out to our co-producers partners, Watch Next Media and Cloudco Entertainment.

The show was produced for CBBC in the UK, commissioned by the French television network, Gulli and pre-bought by RTÉ with additional funding secured from Screen Ireland.

We danced the night away wrapping up a really special weekend that also featured our very own producer Méabh McGovern in conversation with Patty Henry-Robinson - VP of production at Nickelodeon Animation. Great stories were shared covering Patty’s impressive 29 years in the business from her days on Kenan and Kel right up to Wonder Pets in the city!

Until 2027 and the next IAAs it’s back to work Kavaleers!!! (but first, maybe some coffee!)
