Hi All,
As you are probably aware, yesterday evening Met Eireann issued an Orange weather warning for Saturday April 6th covering Co. Waterford (see bottom of post).
In the interest of participant safety, the Knockmealdown Active committee has decided to postpone Stages 3 & 4 of St. Declan's Way, scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday April 6th and Sunday April 7th, until a later date.
We will reschedule both stages in the coming week or two, and let all participants know the rescheduled dates once they have been organised.
All bookings will be honoured, and will automatically transfer to the new dates.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes, but participant safety is our primary concern for any events we organise and extreme weather events are an area outside of our control.
Kind regards,
The Knockmealdown Active team
