STRATEGY
We began by reshaping two long-standing credit unions into one modern, people-focused brand.
Through stakeholder workshops, audience mapping and narrative development, we built a strategic foundation rooted in community, trust, and simplicity, aligning credit union heritage with its forward-thinking digital future.

VISUAL
From the curved “smile” icon to the Lapis Lazuli and Moonstone palette, every design element was created to feel warm, modern and distinctly local.
We created a typography system that combines personality with clarity, photography principles centred on real-life moments, and a versatile layout system for all applications.
