📚A new study from the Universities of New Brunswick and Waterloo in Canada found that people who move on quickly after a breakup have fewer intrusive thoughts than those who stay single, according to the Irish Mail on Sunday.🗣️

💪The study also found that higher self-esteem is linked to being in a relationship, regardless of the circumstances.

A man in his 40s and a woman in her 80s have died in separate crashes in County Tipperary, overnight.

Both were the only occupants of their cars and Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed either collision to contact them.

The collision happened in Toomevara, Nenagh in the early hours of this morning.
