My absolute favourite weekend of the year! I’ve been lucky enough to work on TuneFest for the past 3 years — and I still get just as excited.

TuneFest 2025 kicks off this Friday with Cherish the Ladies at the Town Hall. Saturday is packed with the Busking Competition (registration from 2pm outside The Local), the Gig Rig in Grattan Square, Talisk & The Rising in Club Creation, and Night 2 of Cherish the Ladies.

Then on Sunday, it’s Danu at The Park Hotel with Taobh na Mara supporting.

Pub sessions all weekend — and I’ll be running around town soaking up every second. Hup!

May was full on — so many festivals, launches, and new businesses covered.
June, July, August & September are stacked… and I’m here for it.

Next up: a family holiday, then my favourite — TuneFest Dungarvan, 20th–22nd June 🎶

We had a great morning filming the new kitchen installs at Cronin Kitchens!!
Honestly... they’re wow. If you’re planning a new kitchen, definitely pop into their showroom – it’s well worth a visit.

I’m usually the one behind the scenes filming — but today, I finally booked in for the treatment you’ve all been hearing about at MeTime in Dungarvan.

Hydrafacial first (so good), followed by Microneedling — absolutely fine, just a little tender in spots, but nothing major. The glow after? Immediate. And it’s still going.

I also tried the Lymphatic Pressotherapy massage — it’s like having your blood pressure taken all over your body, but genuinely so relaxing. Already booked in again for next week.

Aggie is just brilliant — the care she gives is on another level.
So glad I finally got to experience it for myself. Thank you, Aggie!
