Encrypter has a new single going live over on Spotify this Friday and has sent us through this VHS inspired video to accompany it. A Cloud Of Vapour The Size Of Nebraska is the first single from his upcoming ALIENS LiVe-426 album.

The album is take from the recording of his live rescore of the classic 80s James Cameron sci-fi horror performed for Laser Highway last Halloween. Using only hardware synths and drum machines, the entire album was written in 14 days and performed live in one take.

Hi again, this will be the last new episode of Dusty Heads for a bit and we're excited for this one to be seen and heard.

In the 30 minutes, we've packed chilled and soulful electronica (Art Of Algebra, Perplex On), Molotov Ape's remix of Ratboi! (Sympos), drum and bass (Moken Troll), excellent techno (Fran Hartnett), digital dub (An Galar Dub), stunning IDM (Sunken Foal) and winding back down with two beautiful pieces of downtempo electronica (BC Slumber and Robin Olly James). There's a tasty bonus by Encrypter lurking in there too.

Hi Folks, we're launching into our second run of music video shows tomorrow at, which we re-christened Dusty Heads. The episode begins with a video we made with Cailín for a live jam she performed for the show. From there we blend into Encrypter, Fran Harnett, Sunken Foal, Perplex On, Robin Olly James and Kevin Blake.

To honour the passing of Daft Punk, Encrypter has uploaded a hardware cover of the Homework classic, Rollin' and Scratchin'. Details in the post and link below.

A few years back I did a cover of one of my favourite Daft Punk tunes just for myself. Seeing as the lads have decided to call it a day, I've stuck the cover up on Soundcloud for ye to check out.
