Join us for a full week of surf & yoga in Kerrykeel, Donegal 🧑🌞
September 5-11th

Both yoga & surf lessons are suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

The aim for this retreat is to find ~balance~ both on and off the board. πŸ„πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ I have created your yoga flows to compliment your surf training. Deep stretching with a focus on releasing tension and muscle relaxation. Meditations to allow both body and mind to soak up all of your physical and mental practice. Breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring breath control to the body while out on the waves. Each class will leave you with something you can take home for your own personal practice.

Reminiscing on our weekend together for Connect 2026. This years retreat brought such a beautiful energy. We laughed, flowed, chatted and truly connected with one another. Such a wonderful group of women. Thank you so much for your trust, for allowing me to guide you through this weekend, and for each one of you for showing up for yourselves and each other.

A 6 night stay in the rural countryside of Kerrykeel Donegal, with surf and yoga lessons each day. 🌊πŸͺ¬

This retreat is for anyone who would like a fun, relaxed week learning a new skill or developing your practice further. Making new friends through shared interests, accommodation and activities.

5 surf lessons and 5 yoga lessons, my yoga classes are made to compliment your surf lessons leaving you feeling calm, fresh, stretched and energised each day.
