Nursing in Practice Ireland (NiPI), formerly Nursing in General Practice, is an independent, bi-monthly journal for nurses in general practice and advanced nurse/midwife practitioners in Ireland. Each edition includes an official supplement of the Irish Association of Advanced Nurse Midwife Practitioners, information from professional development coordinators for general practice nurses, a diverse
range of clinical articles spanning most specialties, research updates, conference reports, and nursing news from across the country. NiPI is also aligned with NurseCPD, an online continuing professional development (CPD) site for Irish nurses, and regularly features educational modules that provide nurses with an opportunity to earn CPD credits and enhance their professional development. The team at NiPI is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date, evidence-based content that is written for nurses in Ireland by nurses in Ireland. Our aim is to bridge the gap between primary and secondary care and act as a platform for collaboration, information sharing, and highlighting the high-quality research and nursing care taking place all over the island of Ireland.
