Large-Scale Displacement In Baalbek Following Israeli Evacuation Orders!

Large-scale displacement is currently taking place in the northeastern Lebanese city of Baalbek and nearby towns following evacuation orders issued by Israel, as reported by Lebanon’s state-run NNA news agency.

The city’s governor has urged residents to move north and advised against seeking shelter in the ancient citadel due to safety concerns. Governor Bachir Khodr emphasized the importance of heading towards either Arsal or the Northern Governorate via the Ainata-Arz route for their safety.

Israeli occupation issued more evacuation orders for more southern Lebanon towns and villages today, ordering its residents to flee towards Al-Awali river.
