What are we opening the door to? 🌈

When we fall into a negative rut of sadness and complaining, we close the doors and windows to our prayers reaching Hashem.

But when we start thanking Hashem, He opens all the doors and windows. Everything opens to let our prayers reach Him.

“When a person gives thanks, Heaven says, ‘He’s thanking? What does he need? Give him whatever he lacks,’ without him having to ask.”

Even in hardships, instead of complaining, thank Hashem. Thank Him for the good He does every day and never forget.

Open the doors with your thanks.

The King is in the field this month so remember this…

“The struggles and difficulties of the beginning of the road are what make up your solid path, upon which you can go to the next level to a real cheshbon nefesh. Never give up, as long as you show up to the meeting you’re already greatly succeeding! This rule holds true throughout your meeting. Don’t be critical or judgemental of yourself. Even if you don’t feel like you’re talking enough, repenting enough or not focused enough the main thing is that you showed up. You stay for the whole meeting one whole hour, even if you’re not feeling it you don’t leave in the middle of the meeting with the King. Rabbi Nachman guarantees, if you follow this advice, you will surely come to your rectification from all incarnations to your full potential.”

We all want Mashiach. But what are we doing to bring him?

Mashiach is not a shortcut to the work we are here to do. The opposite is true: the more we refine ourselves, the faster we bring Mashiach’s arrival.

Work on your Torah learning. Strengthen your tefillah. Improve your character traits. Increase your emuna. Dedicate time each day to hitbodedut and speak to Hashem.

Hashem doesn’t expect us to change overnight. Self-improvement is a lifetime’s work. We simply have to keep taking steps in the right direction.

When you are seriously working on yourself and fulfilling your mission in this world, you are already living a Mashiach lifestyle.

As Rabbi Natan of Breslev said: “My Mashiach is already here!” ✨
