A blessed Tuesday!

When God send forth his disciples to the world, He empowers them to be a witness (Acts 1:8), and by his grace, signs and wonders followed them. In Acts 19:11-12, “And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: 12 So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.” The disciples in the book of Acts are doing wonders and miracles as a fulfillment of God’s words (Mark 16:20) that as they preach signs are following. Every believer is endowed with power from God (Mark 16:17-18). God has not changed (Heb 13:8), what he has spoken in the past still exist and has power even today (Matt 24:35). We only need to trust and put our confidence on him and have the faith to believe that what he has spoken will come to pass (Mark 11:23-24). Therefore, let us not doubt. Yes, it is true that we are just ordinary believers, but we have an extra ordinary and powerful God who will be working on our behalf. Amen, let us show the world the love and power of God through the demonstration of his power (Zech 4:6). Glory!

Jesus said it is the Spirit that gives life. So, it is the Spirit of God using the word of God that produces life. The word of God is living truth. It is able to quicken and make alive. So, the word of God is alive.🙏🙏

A blessed Saturday!

There is power in praise and worship because it is a weapon that we can use in the midst of circumstances beyond our control. In Acts 16:25-26, “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. 26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.” This is the time when Paul and Silas was imprisoned for the kingdom cause. But their difficult circumstances didn’t hinder them from praying and sing praises to God. And when they did, there was an earthquake, and they were loosed from their chains and were set free. It only means that God can come to our rescue and saved us when we learn the power of praise. In 2 Chron 20, King Jehoshapat wage war against his enemies not with swords and spears but with the weapon of praise (v.21), and God send forth ambushment over the camp of his enemies and they won the battle. The lesson is to learn to acknowledge God and worship him amidst our problems, struggles, suffering and assuredly, the Lord will put song in our hearts (Ps 40:3) that will lead us to victory. Hallelujah!
