שמח לשתף אתכם על השתתפותי בכנס מרתק בפורטו, פורטוגל.
הכנס, שאורגן על ידי Jens Christiansen מחברת Christiansen Consulting איגד יחד כ-6 חברות מובילות מכל רחבי אירופה, שכולן עוסקות ביצירת משחקי חוץ ופעילויות גיבוש לחברות וקהלים פרטיים.
בכנס השתתפו נציגים מפורטוגל, ספרד, דנמרק, בלגיה, גרמניה ,יוון וכמובן מישראל, האווירה הייתה טובה מאוד מלאה ביצירתיות, רעיונות חדשניים ושיתופי פעולה מרגשים.
רוצה להקדיש תודה מיוחדת לחברי נדן ואלכס מחברת Team Dynamics -טים דיינמיקס מישראל, לחברי הטוב שגיא מאירה (שגר כרגע בבולגריה) שהיו חלק מהחוויה המדהימה הזו. 🙏
המפגשים כללו למידה על ניהול ואופרציות, פיתוח שווקים חדשים, יצירת קשרים מקצועיים בין החברות, וכמובן – חשיפה למשחקים ופעילויות מקוריות וחדשניות. 💡
חזרתי עם הרבה השראה, רעיונות ורצון ליישם אותם בפעילויות שלנו כאן בארץ – ומי יודע? אולי גם בעתיד אביא את זה לשווקים בינלאומיים.

I’m excited to share my experience attending an inspiring conference in Porto, Portugal.
Organized by Jens Christiansen from Christiansen Consulting, this event brought together six leading companies from across Europe, all specializing in creating outdoor games and team-building activities for corporate and private audiences.
Representatives from Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Greece, and Israel participated, creating an atmosphere full of creativity, innovative ideas, and exciting collaborations.
I want to give a special thanks to my friends Naden and Alex from Team Dynamics in Israel, as well as my close friend Sagi Miara, currently living in Bulgaria, for being part of this incredible journey. 🙏
The conference featured sessions on management and operations, developing new markets, building professional connections between companies, and, of course, exploring unique and innovative games and activities. 💡
I returned home with a wealth of inspiration, fresh ideas, and a strong desire to implement them in our activities here in Israel – and perhaps even bring them to international markets in the future.
A heartfelt thank you to Christiansen Consulting, especially Rita, for the warm hospitality and seamless organization, as well as to all the participants who enriched the discussions and shared valuable insights.
