God Can Change Things in a Moment

Sometimes, we pray for days, months, or even years — and it feels like nothing is moving. But the truth is, God doesn’t need time; He only needs a moment. One divine moment of His favor can turn your tears into joy, your sickness into healing, your lack into abundance, and your pain into purpose.

Keep praying even when it’s quiet. Keep believing even when you don’t see results yet. God is working behind the scenes in ways you cannot imagine. Every prayer you’ve whispered, every tear you’ve cried, and every act of faith you’ve made is being gathered in heaven — and at the right time, He will release His answer suddenly.

Remember Paul and Silas — they prayed and sang hymns in prison, and in a moment, the doors opened. Remember Joseph — one day he was in the dungeon, and the next, he was in the palace. That’s what our God can do!

So don’t give up. Your “moment” might be just around the corner. Keep your faith steady, your prayers strong, and your heart expectant. Because when God moves, it doesn’t take long — it just takes His word.

🙏✨ “For nothing will be impossible with God.” — Luke 1:37

1 Peter 1:24–25

“For all people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field;
the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.”

Life here on earth is fleeting — people, success, and seasons may change.
Like grass that withers and flowers that fade, everything we see today will someday pass away.
But there is one thing that never fades, never weakens, and never ends — the Word of God.

The world may promise temporary beauty and satisfaction, but God’s Word gives eternal truth and hope.
When you build your life on His Word, you are building on something unshakable.
You may face storms, changes, or disappointments, but the promises of God will always stand firm. 🙏

So today, let this verse remind you:
People may forget, circumstances may shift, but God’s Word endures forever.
When you feel lost, go back to His Word.
When you feel weak, let His Word strengthen you.
When you feel uncertain, let His Word anchor your faith.

Everything else fades — but His Word remains, and so does His love for you. 💖

For He that is mighty hath done to me great things.” – Luke 1:49

This verse was spoken by Mary, the mother of Jesus, in her song of praise often called the Magnificat. After receiving the promise that she would give birth to the Savior, her heart overflowed with awe and gratitude. She didn’t glorify herself, but magnified the Lord, recognizing that everything good in her life came from His mighty hand.

In these few words, Mary declared three great truths that are still powerful for us today:
1. God is mighty.
2. God is personal.
3. God does great things for His children.

1. God is Mighty

When Mary said, “He that is mighty,” she was declaring her faith in a God who is not limited by human strength or circumstance.
She was a simple young woman from a small town, yet she believed that the Creator of the universe had chosen her for something extraordinary.

Beloved, our God is still mighty today. He can make a way where there seems to be none. He can turn impossibilities into testimonies. No matter how small or weak you feel, His power works best in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Every closed door, every unanswered prayer, every delay — it’s not because God is powerless, but because He is preparing something greater. The same God who parted the Red Sea, healed the sick, and raised the dead is the same God working in your life today. He is mighty, and He is still at work.

2. God is Personal

Mary said, “He hath done to me great things.”
She made it personal. It wasn’t just “He has done great things in the world,” but “He has done great things to me.”

This shows how deeply God cares for each one of us. His blessings are not generic — they are personal and intentional.
He knows your name. He knows your story. He knows every tear you’ve cried and every battle you’ve fought in silence.

Sometimes we look at others and think, “God is blessing them more.” But Mary’s words remind us that God is also doing great things in us, even if they are still unfolding.
You may not see the full picture yet, but one day you will look back and say,

“Truly, the Mighty One has been faithful to me.”

3. God Does Great Things

When God acts, He doesn’t do small or ordinary things — He does great things.
Mary didn’t just say God had helped her; she said He had done great things. That’s the nature of God: when He moves, He exceeds our expectations.
• He turns brokenness into beauty.
• He transforms pain into purpose.
• He turns tests into testimonies.
• He brings joy out of sorrow and strength out of weakness.

You might feel unnoticed or unworthy, but remember — Mary was not rich, famous, or powerful. Yet God chose her to carry His promise. That same favor and grace are still available to you today.

Every blessing you have — your breath, your family, your job, your faith, your salvation — is a testimony that the Mighty One has done great things for you.

When Life Feels Heavy

There are days when you might question, “Lord, where are the great things You promised?”
But even in silence, God is still working.
The greatest miracles often begin in hidden places — in the waiting, in the stillness, in obedience.

Mary believed before she saw, and that’s what faith truly is: trusting the greatness of God even before the miracle happens.

So don’t give up. Keep trusting. Keep praising. You are not forgotten. The same God who lifted Mary is the same God who will lift you.

He’s working behind the scenes.

Kung ikaw man ay nasa gitna ng bagyo ngayon — emotional man, financial, o spiritual — this verse reminds us that God Himself is our stronghold.

“He knows those who trust in Him” — ibig sabihin, kilala ka Niya personally.

Life Application

Amen❤️🙏

𝑯𝑬 𝑵𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑹 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑮𝑬𝑺

In a world that’s constantly shifting — people come and go, plans fail, seasons change — there’s One who remains steady, faithful, and true.
God never changes. 🙏

When life feels uncertain, remember: the same God who carried you through yesterday is the same God walking with you today, and the same God waiting in your tomorrow.
His love doesn’t depend on your mood, your mistakes, or your situation.
He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

Even when everything around you feels unstable, His promises remain firm.
When you feel weak, He remains strong.
When people forget you, He still remembers your name.
When doors close, He’s already preparing another one to open.

So don’t be afraid of change — anchor your heart to the One who never changes.
Seasons will shift, but His mercy stays the same.
The storms may come, but His faithfulness will never fade.

“For I the Lord do not change.” — Malachi 3:6

🌿 WALK AS CHILDREN OF LIGHT

Ang sabi sa Ephesians 5:9,

“For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth.”

1: A Life of Goodness

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” — Romans 12:21

Even a simple act of kindness can bring someone closer to God.

2: A Life of Righteousness

Ang pangalawa ay righteousness.
To walk in righteousness means to live right — to choose what is right even when it’s not easy.

“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” — Matthew 5:6

Righteousness is not about being perfect; it’s about pursuing what pleases God.

3: A Life of Truth

At ang pangatlo — truth.

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” — John 8:32

The light of Christ exposes lies and leads us to freedom.

“You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden.” — Matthew 5:14

Reflection

Remember, when Christ lives in you, you become a walking light — shining with His goodness, righteousness, and truth.

Let your light shine so that others may see Jesus through you.

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” — Matthew 5:16

We endure homesickness, long hours, and loneliness — all because we want to give our loved ones a better life. 🙏

“The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” — Psalm 121:8

👉 You are not alone.
👉 God sees every tear.
👉 God honors every sacrifice.
He knows your struggles, your sleepless nights, and the quiet prayers you whisper habang nasa trabaho.

Your love gives us courage.
Your prayers give us strength.
At higit sa lahat, your faith reminds us that this journey is not in vain.

Mga kapatid, kahit saan man tayo dalhin ng buhay, huwag nating kalimutan:
We are not just workers abroad — we are ambassadors of Christ in every nation. 🌏
Let our lives reflect His goodness wherever we go.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

Kaya kahit mahirap, kahit malayo, kahit minsan parang nag-iisa,
sabihin mo sa sarili mo:
“Hindi ako nag-iisa — kasama ko si Lord.” 💪✨

We trust You, Lord, that one day, every sacrifice will turn into a beautiful testimony.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Jesus never promised a life without problems — but He promised His presence and victory in the middle of them.
Whatever you’re facing today, remember: the battle may be tough, but the outcome is already decided — Jesus has overcome!

So don’t give up, don’t lose heart.
Your peace doesn’t come from a problem-free life — it comes from a Savior who already conquered every storm you’ll ever face.

Text: Psalm 119:68 — “You are good, and what You do is good; teach me Your decrees.”

Have you ever gone through a situation where you asked, ‘Lord, why did this happen?’
Sometimes, life doesn’t make sense — prayers seem delayed, doors close, and plans fall apart. Pero kahit anong mangyari, the truth of Psalm 119:68 stands firm:

‘You are good, and what You do is good.’

His goodness is not based on circumstances — it’s based on His unchanging character.
Point 1: God’s Nature Is Good

The psalmist said, “You are good.”
That means — it’s who God is, not just what He does.

➡️ People may fail us.
➡️ Situations may frustrate us.
➡️ But God’s character will never change.

James 1:17 says, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
Even in discipline, He is good; even in delay, He is good; even in pain, He is still working for our good.

Point 2: God’s Works Are Good

“You are good, and what You do is good.”

Sometimes we don’t see it immediately. But when He’s done, you’ll realize everything had purpose.

Romans 8:28 reminds us:

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him.”

Kahit ang mga bagay na ayaw natin — delays, losses, disappointments — God can turn them into testimonies.

God never wastes pain; He transforms it into purpose.

Point 3: God Teaches Us Through His Goodness

The psalmist added, “Teach me Your decrees.”
Kapag nararanasan natin ang kabutihan ni Lord, He is not only blessing us — He’s teaching us.

He teaches us to:
• Trust Him more than our plans.
• See His hand in the small things.
• Believe that His “no” is often protection, not rejection.

Each day is a classroom of God’s goodness.
Even your trials are lessons of faith.

Illustration

There’s a story of a little boy watching a weaver make a tapestry. From below, he saw tangled threads and said, “It looks ugly.”
But when he stood beside the weaver and looked from above, he saw the beautiful pattern.

Same with us — minsan sa ilalim tayo nakatingin, kaya parang magulo. But from above, God sees the full design. He’s weaving something beautiful in your life.

Church, when we say God is good, we’re not just making a statement — we’re making a declaration of faith.
Even when it hurts, even when it’s unclear, we choose to believe: “God is good, and He does good.”

So whatever you’re going through right now, remind yourself:

“Lord, You are good — and You’re doing something good even in this.”

Titus 2:13 – “While we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.”

It means the joyful expectation of the return of Jesus Christ — ang kagalakang pag-asa na darating muli ang ating Panginoon.
# #
1️⃣ Blessed Hope Reminds Us That Jesus Will Return

“While we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.” – Titus 2:13

Application:
When life becomes hard, remember: “My Savior is coming soon.”

2️⃣ Blessed Hope Strengthens Our Faith

“The grace of God… teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives.” – Titus 2:11–12

3️⃣ Blessed Hope Gives Us Comfort in Suffering

“Our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” – Romans 8:18

Kaya huwag kang susuko, kapatid.
Every tear will be wiped away when we finally see Him face to face.

4️⃣ Blessed Hope Inspires Us to Share the Gospel

“Go and make disciples of all nations.” – Matthew 28:19

Every sunrise reminds us: “One day, He will return.”
Every hardship reminds us: “This is not the end.”
Every worship service reminds us: “We are getting closer to our eternal home.”

19/10/2025

Walking with God means living every day in His presence, trusting His direction, and allowing His Word to guide your steps. Life may bring seasons of loneliness, confusion, or pain — but when God walks beside you, you are never truly alone.

When you walk with God:
• You walk with peace, even in storms.
• You walk with strength, even in weakness.
• You walk with hope, even in the waiting.
• You walk with purpose, even in the unknown.

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me.” – Psalm 23:4

God’s presence is your greatest assurance. He doesn’t promise an easy road, but He promises His companionship — to lead, comfort, and carry you when your steps grow weary.

As you reflect this Sunday, remind yourself:
You don’t walk this path by chance. You walk with a faithful God who holds your hand, directs your way, and surrounds you with love. Every step you take with Him is a step toward peace, victory, and eternal joy.

📖 “But for you who revere My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.” — Malachi 4:2

𝑮𝑶𝑫'𝑺 𝑳𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 𝑨𝑳𝑾𝑨𝒀𝑺 𝑩𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑲𝑺 𝑻𝑯𝑹𝑶𝑼𝑮𝑯.

Kung patuloy mong igagalang, itataas, at iibigin ang Kanyang pangalan — He will rise upon you with healing in His wings.

1. The Sun of Righteousness — Jesus Himself

The more you stay close to Him, the more you’ll feel His warmth — healing, comfort, and peace.

2. Healing in His Wings — God’s Restoring Power

Ang salitang “healing in His wings” ay napakaganda.

Pero tandaan mo — God never wastes your pain.
Every tear, every trial, every waiting season has purpose.
And when His light rises again upon you, it brings healing, joy, and restoration.

3. “You Will Go Out and Frolic” — A Picture of Freedom

Ang huling bahagi ng verse ay napakasarap:
“You will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.”

you can once again run, dance, and live with joy!
Yung dating natatakot lumabas, natatakot magmahal, natatakot mangarap —

Freedom comes when you trust that God’s timing is perfect.
Joy returns when you realize that God’s love never left.

4. Reflection and Application

Because when His light shines, darkness has no choice but to flee.

Kapatid, huwag mong kalimutan —

Our Prayer:
