What if your car could tell you were drunk, drowsy or dangerously distracted - before it was too late?

CorrActions is an Israeli deep-tech company whose software-only NeuroMonitor reads a driver's cognitive state from the micro-movements their muscles make on sensors already built into the vehicle - detecting alcohol, fatigue and cognitive impairment in real time, with no cameras, no added hardware and no personal data, so it can be rolled out to cars on the road through a simple over-the-air update.

Watch this video, where Gerson Panitch interviews Vered Levy-Ron, CEO of CorrActions, to find out more about CorrActions' cutting-edge technology.

MIA Dynamics is an Israeli micro-mobility company that reinvented the motorcycle as a compact, fully electric four-wheeler.

Its tilting suspension lets each wheel move independently, keeping riders level and stable even when the ground isn't, blending the width and agility of two wheels with the stability and near-silent ride of four.

It's already being used by law-enforcement and security teams, at airports and shopping centers, and is available to riders across the U.S., Israel and Europe.

Watch this video, where Gerson Panitch interviews Itsik Calderon, CEO of Mia Dynamics, to find out more about Mia Dynamics' cutting-edge technology.

A central line catheter can be a lifesaver - but the tiny gap around the spot where it's stitched to the skin is an open door for bacteria, and the result can be a dangerous bloodstream infection known as CLABSI.

Anti-CLABSI is an Israeli medical-device company solving exactly that problem with a stitch-free securement device: instead of sutures, it fixates the catheter to the body with medical adhesive and seals it between two antiseptic gels - closing off the very entry point where these infections begin, with potential uses reaching all the way to kidney dialysis.

Watch this video, where Gerson Panitch interviews Edden Brandt , Head of R&D of CLABSI, to find out more about the company's cutting-edge technology.

Say hello to REPHAEL: the world's first wearable platform delivering ICU-level monitoring and predictive insights anywhere!

It's an end-to-end clinical sensing platform built around a miniaturized, non-invasive, multi-sensor device worn on the torso.

It captures signals others can't, and pairs them with AI-driven algorithms to anticipate and help prevent deterioration. Clinicians can remotely tailor it to each patient's condition, turning round-the-clock supervision into something that no longer requires a hospital bed.

Watch Gerson Panitch speak with Ori Elyada, CTO of ATLASense Biomed , to hear more about the company.

What a hospital lab does in days, this device does in minutes.

Founder Yoel Ezra visited rural Africa and saw that for most people there, a complete blood count means traveling to a major laboratory and waiting.

That is, if a laboratory exists nearby.
So his company EFA Technologies, invented RevDX.
It fits an entire blood-count lab into a portable, fully automated box.

One drop of blood. One chip.
First results in 30 seconds, a full 19-parameter CBC in minutes.
Same accuracy as the major labs. Roughly 10% of the cost.

Watch Gerson Panitch speak with Eyal Copitt, Chief Commercial Officer of EFA Technologies, to hear more about the company.

1 in 10 babies is born preterm.
15 million a year worldwide, of which 1 million will not survive and over 1 million will become disabled.

PregnanTech, an Israeli medical-device startup, is changing that with Lioness, a smartly structured silicone ring placed around the cervix, to provide bio-mechanical support.

In two clinical studies, women with a 30-70% risk of preterm delivery reached term in over 90% of cases!

Watch Gerson Panitch speak with Dr. David Shashar, Founder & CEO of PregnanTech, to hear more about the company.

This technology is ״back to the future״ - for real!

What if the world's cleanest fuel could be made on the spot - from recycled aluminum and water?
IonFlux is building an on-site, on-demand system that generates safe, low-pressure green hydrogen from the reaction between its aluminum-based fuel (ALF) and water.

No high-pressure tanks, no fixed infrastructure - just hydrogen produced where and when it's needed, across a wide range of temperatures and environments.

Watch Gerson Panitch speak with Omer Hiram, CEO of IonFlux, to hear more about the company.

AI companies are losing money.

Every ChatGPT query, every Claude answer, every Gemini response runs on expensive GPUs in massive, power-hungry data centers. As AI use scales, the math gets worse.

NeoLogic, an Israeli startup, is building processors purpose-built for AI inference - the use part of AI, not the training. The numbers: roughly 1% of the inference cost of GPUs and 30%+ less data-center power consumption.

Watch Gerson Panitch speak to Avi Messica, CEO & Co-Founder of NeoLogic, to hear more about the company.

What if dark colors could cool things down - instead of heating them up?

Buildings, cars, and shipping containers under direct sun absorb enormous amounts of heat. Air conditioning compensates by burning energy. And anything dark-colored makes it dramatically worse.

Super Polymer, headquartered in Beer Sheva, has developed a white powder of crystalline polymers that when mixed into any paint or coating, in any color, even black - reduces surface temperature by 5-10°C indoors and 30-40°C under direct sun. Three mechanisms in one thin layer of paint: solar reflection, micro-air-pocket insulation, and trapped-heat escape.

Use cases stretch across construction, shipping, defense - and the top five auto manufacturers are already engaged.

A single Israeli coating that lowers cooling bills, extends EV range, and shrinks the carbon footprint of how we build and move.

Watch Gerson Panitch speak to Hagai Ortner, CEO & Co-Founder of Super Polymer, to hear more about the company.

A $60 billion problem - and an Israeli answer.

UTIs and bladder cancer share the same flaw: oral antibiotics flood your whole system, and chemotherapy poisons every cell on the way to the tumor.

UTT has a smarter idea: a tiny biodegradable sponge, inserted into the bladder, expands and slow-releases medication directly where it’s needed for seven days - then, quietly biodegrades away.

The same platform, loaded with chemotherapy, treats bladder cancer locally with no systemic damage.

Watch Gerson Panitch speak with Eli Ben Haroosh, CEO of UTT, to hear more about the company.
