The film had a World premiere at the Jerusalem Film Festival 2025

Neri Aluma, Hanan’s mother, is determined to reignite her son’s passion for life as he struggles with mental illness. Neri is a writer. Hanan, a musician, has been writing and singing since the age of 13. Through their creative work, they break down the walls of silence and concealment that separate the outside world from the storm within their home. Art allows them to engage in dialogue and create meaning and beauty within the chaos the entire family endures. Neri’s prose and Hanan’s music guide the film, giving voice to the pain of a family’s long struggle with mental illness.

ONE STREET IN SILWAN a film by Bissan Tibi

The film had a World premiere at the Jerusalem Film Festival 2025

Silwan is a Palestinian village located in East Jerusalem, located just south of the Old City walls.” One Street in Silwan” is a documentary film that focuses on Batan al-Hawa street, which overlooks the Temple Mount and serves as a microcosm of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The film explores the lives of both Israeli settlers and Palestinian families who live on the same street, often in houses right next to each other. On one side of the street, live Israeli settlers in a house once belonging to an evicted Palestinian family. On the other side of the street, more than 750 Palestinian residents face potential eviction from their houses.
The film highlights the difficult realities faced by Palestinian families who are facing eviction to make way for more Israeli settlements. It is told through the perspectives of both children and adults and is intended to shed light on the complex and chaotic lives of those living on the street.

Rami Heuberger 1963-2025 was a prominent figure in Israeli arts and gained international recognition for his work, including a role in Steven Spielberg's "Schindler's List" and as Moshe Dayan in the film ''Golda''.
JMT Films has the honor to represent two films in which he played the main role.
"The Good Person" by Eitan Anner (Produced by Itay Akirav) and ''Dear Mr. Waldman'' by Hanan Peled (Produced by Yoav Halevy).
In the film "The Good Person" by Eitan Anner, Rami Heuberger played the role of Rabbi U*i Silver. His character is an ultra-Orthodox rabbi who was once a legendary film figure but abandoned his secular lifestyle to embrace religion. The film's plot involves a filmmaker who is tasked with trying to resurrect his career.
In the film ''Dear Mr. Waldman'', Rami Heuberger played the role of Moishe. Moishe is a Holocaust survivor living in 1960s Tel Aviv who has not recovered from the loss of his first wife and son during the Holocaust. He becomes convinced that his first son survived and is now an aide to President Kennedy named Jack Waldman.

השחקן הענק אלון אבוטבול הלך לעולמו. מלבד התרומה האדירה שלו לעולם הקולנוע, החל מהצלחתו הגדולה ב״שתי אצבעות מצידון״ ועד עבודה עם יוצרים כמו דיוויד לינץ׳, כריסטופר נולאן, רידלי סקוט, וסטיבן ספילברג, אלון אבוטבול גם שר ויצר מוזיקה:
הניצנים הראשונים הופיעו כבר כששר ב-1983 את שיר הנושא של הפנימייה, ״לא נותר״ יחד עם יוריק בן דוד, דרך המוסיקה שהייתה אספקט חשוב בכל סרטיו ובלטה בין היתר בפסקול האל זמני של ״שבתות וחגים״, שם הוא שר את ״בואי אליי״, ועד האלבום Family Buissnes שהוציא ב-2023, יחד עם בתו ובהפקת חברי המסך הלבן, אלבום שהפך גם להופעה מחשמלת וקוצרת שבחים.
