JHUM SADAK TIMES Media Founder and Chief Editor Dg. Mukul Kanti Chakma breathed his last at around 1 AM last night. He had been suffering from Jaundice for a long time. He was only 34 years old at the time of his death. He has left his wife and a 4-year-old son and old age parents.

তিনি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ক্যান্সারে ভুগছেন ।বর্তমানে তিনি চেন্নাইয়ের অ্যাপোলো হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসাধীন।

Radhakrishnan secured 452 votes against Reddy’s 300, winning by a margin of 152 votes.

The election, conducted in Parliament under Article 324 of the Constitution, saw a voter turnout of 98.21%, with key leaders from both the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and opposition parties casting their votes.

The 56th meeting of the GST Council, chaired by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Wednesday, approved the rationalisation of GST rates, abolishing the 12 per cent and 28 per cent slabs.

The Council cleared a two-tier tax structure with rates of 5 per cent and 18 per cent, along with a new 40 per cent slab for sin and luxury goods. The decision will come into effect from September 22, according to sources.
