Rules, Regulations, and Conditions – Abhushan Jewellers (Agartala, Tripura)
1. Customers are requested to be patient after booking. Opening video is a must while unboxing the product.
2. Exchange & Return Policy:
No exchange, return, or design changes are allowed once the product is booked and billed. In case of a wrong or damaged product (with a proper opening video), we will exchange it with
the same product. Customers must return the product via courier, and courier charges will be refunded during re-dispatch.
3. Refund Policy:
No money refund requests will be entertained once the product is booked and sold.
4. Gold Polish Warranty:
Regular wear: 3 months
Party wear: 6 months
The warranty starts from the date of dispatch.
5. Shipping Charges:
Generally from ₹50 - ₹200 of courier charges are applicable inside & outside in any state of India. Free or less shipping charges are applicable within certain conditions.
6. Courier & Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delivery delays or parcel returns due to courier service issues. Delivery depends on the courier company’s service in your area.
7. Online Booking & Payment:
Customers must share a screenshot of the payment transaction ID after booking. In case of accidental double payment, the excess amount will be refunded within six business days after verification. No arguments will be entertained regarding payments.
