Work is hard… but losing your peace is harder.

1️⃣ Start With a Clear Mind
Don’t jump into chaos the moment you wake up.
Take 2 minutes. Breathe.
Tell yourself: “I’ll focus only on what I can control today.”
You’ll feel the difference.
2️⃣ Stop Multitasking — It’s Stress in Disguise
Do 3 important tasks.
Finish one → then move to the next.
Your brain likes clarity, not chaos.
3️⃣ Protect Your Peace With Boundaries
You don’t have to reply instantly.
You don’t have to be available 24/7.
You don’t have to carry everyone’s expectations.
Say it gently but firmly.
4️⃣ Take Tiny Breaks, Not Meltdowns
Every 60–90 minutes: stretch, sip, breathe, walk, disconnect.
Micro-breaks prevent mega-burnout.
5️⃣ People Stress is Real
Sometimes it’s not the work, it’s the behaviour around you.
Learn to:
• Pause before reacting
• Define what’s expected
• Don’t take comments personally
