I started my diet without rice a month ago and my meal is mostly salads and sauteed or stir fry veggies. Im still adjusting and inventing what could i make for my daily meals in a vegetarian household.
This one is stir fried eggplant and french beans with soya chunks and semi fried carrots on the side🫣
