ફાટેલા ખિસ્સા ની આડમાં મુકી છે અમે છલકાતી મલકાતી મૌજ…
એકલો હોઉ ઊભો ને તોય હોઉ મેળામાં, એવું લાગ્યા કરે છે મને રોજ..

તાળુ વસાય નહિ એવડી પટારીમા, આપણો ખજાનો હેમ ખેમ છે…
આપણે તો કહિયે કે દરીયાશી મૌજ મા, ને ઉપરથી કુદરતની રહેમ છે…

આંખોના પાણી તો આવે ને જાય… નહીં અંતરની ભીનાશ થાતી ઓછી…
વધ-ઘટનો કાંઠો રાખે હિસાબ… નથી પરવશ સમંદર ને હોતી…

સૂરજ તો ઉગીને આથમિયે જાય… મારી ઉપર આકાશ એમ-નેમ છે…
