Ingredients:peas 100 gmcauliflower 2 potatoes 1 beet root 2 chopped tomatoes 1 capsicum 1 tbsp everest pav bhaji masalabasic spices according to your tastegarlic 3 to 4 cloves 3 to 4 soaked kashmiri lal mirchcoriander leaves 2 chopped onion 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil
Recipe:
1. In a kdhahi mix well all vegetables, salt and pavbhaji masala and cook for 20 minutes and then mash with masher.
2. In a pan put some oil, butter, everest pav bhaji masala, zeera, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, basic spices, garlic chutney and some water. Cook well till oil separates the masala.
3. Mix the masala to mashed veggies, add some water and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon juice and butter.
The testiest bhaji is ready, serve with roasted pav and chopped raw onion sprinkled with lemon.
