💖💖Pav bhaji is a beloved Indian street food originating from Mumbai, consisting of a thick, mashed vegetable curry (bhaji) topped with butter and served with soft bread rolls (pav)..💖💖

Everest pav bhaji masala enhance the taste of pav bhaji. A perfect blend of pure spices. Nothing will beat everest pav bhaji masala. Once you try this recipe, i am 100% sure, you will love this.

Ingredients:peas 100 gmcauliflower 2 potatoes 1 beet root 2 chopped tomatoes 1 capsicum 1 tbsp everest pav bhaji masalabasic spices according to your tastegarlic 3 to 4 cloves 3 to 4 soaked kashmiri lal mirchcoriander leaves 2 chopped onion 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oil

Recipe:
1. In a kdhahi mix well all vegetables, salt and pavbhaji masala and cook for 20 minutes and then mash with masher.
2. In a pan put some oil, butter, everest pav bhaji masala, zeera, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, basic spices, garlic chutney and some water. Cook well till oil separates the masala.
3. Mix the masala to mashed veggies, add some water and cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon juice and butter.
The testiest bhaji is ready, serve with roasted pav and chopped raw onion sprinkled with lemon.

Ingredients-
1 cup soya chunks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp besan
1 tbsp corn flour
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp peri peri masala
1 cup corn flakes

For dip-
1/2 cup paneer
2 tbsp curd
3 kashmiri red chilies
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp honey
Instructions-

1- Soak soya chunks in a water mixed with salt and ginger garlic paste.
2- In another bowl add besan, corn flour, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
3- Squeeze extra water in soya chunks and add in the bowl. Bow add tomato sauce, pizza sauce, oregano and peri peri masala and mix well.
4- Coat each soya chunks with corn flakes.
5- Transfer in a preheated air fryer and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degree.
6- Grind paneer, curd, garlic cloves, Kashmiri red chilies and honey.
7- And serve with soya popcorn.
3- Squeeze extra water in soya chunks and add in the bowl. Bow add tomato sauce, pizza sauce, oregano and peri peri masala and mix well.

Everest eazy chef paneer tikka masala mix…. A complete spice mix with no preservatives, artificial colour and palm oil… fatafat se bankr taiyar ho jata hai….

Ingredients paneer 250 gm2 tomatoes purée 1 cup milkFresh cream for garnishingButter 3 tbsp

Cooking Instructions

1. Marinate the paneer with 1/2 tbsp Paneer Tikka Mix & make a paste by mixing the remaining Paneer Tikka Mix with ½ cup water.
2. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and shallow fry the marinated paneer and keep aside.
3. In the same pan, heat 3 top butter. Add tomato puree & cook for a few minutes. Add Paneer Tikka Mix paste and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add milk & stir it for few min.Add fried paneer & cook till gravy thicken.
Garnish with 2 tbsp fresh cream and serve hot with naan, roti, and steamed rice.
