Krup Talks: A New Milestone for The Krup Universe

Krup Music is proud to announce that Dr. Shashikant Thacker has joined the Recording Academy Class of 2026 as a Voting Member, becoming the latest member of The Krup Universe to join the global community of music creators.

Following Dr. Krupesh Thacker's induction into the Recording Academy Class of 2025 and his invitation to serve as a GRAMMY U Mentor, and Dr. Pooja Thacker's induction into the Class of 2026, this milestone marks another important chapter in our journey of creating music with purpose and global impact.

Together, Dr. Krupesh Thacker, Dr. Pooja Thacker, Dr. Shashikant Thacker, Vacha Thacker, Parv Thacker, and Nayna Thacker proudly represent Parv Fusion Band, the world's first three-generation Family Fusion Band. United by our vision of "Awareness Through Arts," we continue taking meaningful stories, social initiatives, and Indian culture from Gujarat to Global.

As a Trustee of Give Vacha Foundation, the social impact arm of The Krup Universe, and the Guiding Mentor behind its shared vision with Krup Music, Dr. Shashikant Thacker has played a significant role in shaping our mission of combining creativity with community service.

We are proud to announce that Dr. Pooja Thacker has joined the Recording Academy Class of 2026 as a Voting Member.

Following his induction into the Recording Academy Class of 2025, Dr. Krupesh Thacker recommended Dr. Pooja for membership. Dr. Krupesh is a Recording Academy Voting Member, serves in both the Songwriters & Composers Wing (S&C Wing) and the Producers & Engineers Wing (P&E Wing), and was invited to serve as a GRAMMY U Mentor for the 2025-2026 Mentorship Program.

I am delighted to share that Dr. Krupesh Thacker, Vacha Thacker, Parv Thacker, Parv Fusion Band and The Krup have received a nomination for the sacred Sanskrit Hanuman Mantra composition "Resonant Roar of Hanuman" in the World Music category at the 2026 Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA).

Widely known as The Clubfoot Anthem for the Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv (GCAP) initiative, the composition also serves as the flagship musical theme across the Hindi, English and Gujarati film adaptations inspired by Parv's life, including Main Bhi Arjun: Parv, Tiny Steps Take Giant Leaps and Nanakda Pagla Bhare Haranfal.

Following Parv's Guinness World Record, our GRAMMY® Awards For Your Consideration journey, and now this HIMA nomination, we remain committed to creating original music with purpose.

Honoured to share that “Resonant Roar of Hanuman,” our Sanskrit Hanuman mantra composition, has received an Official Nomination at the 2026 Hollywood Independent Music Awards (HIMA) in the World category.

Presented by Krup Music, the composition is featured in the album Sounds of Sanatan: Vol. 1 and the upcoming Hindi feature film Main Bhi Arjun: Parv. It was created to support two flagship initiatives of The Krup Universe through Give Vacha Foundation:

Honoured and grateful.

I am deeply thankful to Shri Praful Pansheriya, Hon’ble Minister of State, Health, Family Welfare and Medical Education (Independent Charge), Government of Gujarat, for his kind appreciation and encouragement.

What makes this recognition meaningful is that it acknowledges a journey that has brought together medicine, music, arts and social awareness. Over the years, Give Vacha Foundation, and Krup Music initiatives such as, Music Therapy For All and Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv have grown through the collective support of families, healthcare professionals, artists, volunteers and well-wishers.
