At least 11, including children, have lost their lives in a stampede during the RCB victory celebration, yet the festivities continue uninterrupted.

The state govt, which is primarily responsible for crowd management at such large-scale public events, has clearly failed. Instead of suspending the celebration in light of the tragedy, they’ve chosen to go ahead with player felicitations. The players are seen laughing and enjoying the moment, looks like they’re unaware of the incident.

It’s perfectly fine to admire athletes, actors, politicians, but admiration should not compel you to risk your life in overwhelming crowds just to be part of a spectacle. This applies across the board, regardless of who or what you follow.

This isn’t about blaming the victims. It’s a reality check: for the govt, your death in a stampede is just collateral damage. The celebration continues, because being seen honouring trending heroes fetches political mileage, while your absence doesn’t cost them anything, at best just one vote.

Spot him with her at 12 seconds.

Just after Pahalgam terror attack, a man was spotted delivering cake to Pakistan High Commission in Delhi.

Guess what? He is the same guy seen with Pak spy Jyoti Malhotra. Horrible!

Requesting Shri Narendra Modi to consider creating a Defence Modernisation Fund where citizens can voluntarily contribute.

This fund should be used exclusively for R&D, manufacturing, and procurement of advanced defence technology and equipment. It must remain separate from the official defence budget to ensure it doesn't lead to a reduction in regular allocations.

Provide some tax benefits to donors. Consider tiered recognition (certificates, medals, public acknowledgment) to motivate people, and ensure the fund's expenditure is transparent. People will feel a sense of pride and purpose in contributing, even in a small way, to the nation’s defence.

Trump was least concerned about the India-Pakistan conflict. He has consistently maintained in the past that it’s not US’s problem, brushing it off with a “let them fight” attitude.

However, following last night’s events, Pakistan turned to the US for help. They had assumed that India wouldn’t strike their military installations, and escalate.

India’s strong retaliation, particularly the crippling strikes on Pakistani air force bases, caught them off guard. The scale and precision of the response forced Pakistan to seek Trump’s intervention.

It wasn’t difficult for Trump to persuade India to hold back, as we were already adhering to a policy of no further retaliation unless provoked. Pakistan, in turn, assured the US there would be no further escalation.

Now, we wait to see how long this fragile calm holds. But what an opportunity it was!

To the People of Pakistan,

India has consistently demonstrated its ability to infiltrate your airspace undetected, striking with precise accuracy at any target, while your air defence remains powerless to intervene.

Your safety, for now, is a reflection of our decision not to target civilians. However, let there be no illusion: should the situation escalate, there will be no constraints, and no safe havens will remain.

Demand accountability from your leadership. Call upon your army and politicians to cease sheltering and fostering terrorism against India. We are not your enemy, unless you force us to be.

My heart swells with pride and gratitude for our brave Indian Armed Forces! 🇮🇳 On May 8, 2025, when Pakistani drones and missiles dared to strike our sacred soil in Jammu, Pathankot, and Udhampur, our valiant soldiers stood as an unbreakable wall, neutralizing every threat with unmatched courage and precision. Their swift action ensured not a single life was lost, no damage done—our sovereignty remains unshaken, our people safe under their watchful eyes.
To every soldier guarding our borders, I bow in reverence. You are the heartbeat of this nation, the guardians of our dreams, and the embodiment of sacrifice. The echoes of your bravery in Operation Sindoor remind us of the blood and sweat that has nurtured this land since 1947. We, the people of India, stand united behind you—our prayers, our love, and our unwavering faith in your strength. Bharat Mata ki Jai! ❤️🙏 Let the tricolor fly high, for we are protected by the world’s most heroic hearts!

On normal days, girls are not allowed in mosques.

Yesterday, young girls were killed in a mosque during the night.

What exactly are young girls doing inside mosques at night when they are not allowed during the day?

You’ve probably heard the old tale of the engineer who charged $10,000 for fixing a machine — $1 for turning a screw and $9,999 for knowing which screw to turn.

Well, that wasn’t just a fable. The engineer was real. His name was Charles Proteus Steinmetz (1865–1923), and he was a genius in electrical engineering.

One day, Henry Ford ran into a serious issue at his River Rouge plant. A massive generator had malfunctioned, and none of Ford’s top engineers could figure out what was wrong. So, Ford called in Steinmetz.

When Steinmetz arrived, he asked for three things: a notebook, a pen, and a cot. Then he spent two full days and nights in the plant, listening to the generator and scribbling mysterious calculations.

Finally, he asked for a ladder, a tape measure, and some chalk. Slowly, he climbed to the top of the generator, measured a spot, and marked it with a chalk “X”.

Then he turned to the engineers and said: “Take off this panel, unwind the coil from this exact point, and remove 16 turns of wire.”

They followed his instructions — and just like that, the generator was humming again, good as new.

A few days later, Ford received an invoice from Steinmetz:
$10,000

Surprised by the steep fee, Ford asked for an itemized breakdown.

Steinmetz replied:
• Making chalk mark: $1
• Knowing where to put it: $9,999

Ford paid the bill. No complaints, no questions.

This legendary story was later shared in a 1965 Life magazine letter by Jack B. Scott, whose father had worked for Ford.

He stood just four feet tall, his body curved by a hump in his back and a crooked gait, and his stunted torso gave the illusion that his head, hands and feet were too big. But he was a giant among scientific thinkers, counting Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison as friends.
