There is a window that exists between the moment you have an instinct to change your state of mind to your own mind killing it. This window is of 5 seconds.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝟓 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐬?
Because if you allow a negative emotion to fester for more than 5 seconds, it will gain strength. Once escalated, emotions become difficult to control. Once the moment is passed, your mind will talk you out of making the necessary positive change and will try to justify. Self-Awareness is a superpower. A self-aware person is confident who knows how to control one's emotions and feelings. In a situation of conflict, if your anger overpowers you and you make the situation worse going with the anger. Relax! All you have to do is start observing your triggers. These triggers can be different for different people. If lately, you are feeling mood swings or low, and want to change your state. All, you have to do is start observing and writing the triggers.

How to cultivate Self Awareness? Self- Awareness is considered to be an important step into emotional development. Develop a habit of sometimes taking a pause and observing yourself. With self-awareness one tends to understand one's emotions better and life becomes better with accepting and understanding the emotions.
