• Uses of Tourniquet
• RICE : Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation for healing bone injury.

* Theory class is about IED (Improvise Explosive Device) from 9.00am - 10.30am
* Then from 10.40am - 12.30pm, and learn about the place where the Terrorist placed the IED on Vairengte and saw different kinds of IED Devices.
* Game's period from 3.30pm - 4.40pm
Then end the day with NCC Song.
