Stay Away from Indra Suites - A Nightmare in ,

So, you've decided to embark on an adventure in and thought, "Hey, let's make this trip memorable by booking a stay at Indra Suites!" Well, buckle up folks, because this review is going to be one wild ride.
Picture this: you've been on the road for what feels like an eternity, finally reaching Mysore after a grueling journey from Aihole. Exhausted and craving nothing more than a decent night's sleep, you pull up to Indra Suites, hoping for a smooth check-in and a cozy bed to collapse into.
But oh no, fate had other plans for you. As you approach the premises, you're greeted not by the warm welcome you anticipated, but by a scene straight out of a reality TV show gone wrong. A furious customer is unleashing their wrath upon the staff, complaining about the rudeness and the malfunctioning AC. Not exactly the serene ambiance you were promised, right?
Parking your car becomes another delightful challenge, as apparently, there's no room for your vehicle within the premises. Because, you know, who needs convenient parking anyway?
Now, onto the pièce de résistance: the check-in process. Brace yourselves for the grand reveal of hidden fees! Despite booking an AC room bright and early, you're informed that said room is mysteriously unavailable, and oh, would you look at that, there's an extra charge of ₹1200 waiting for you. Just a small token of appreciation for choosing to grace them with your presence, obviously.
But wait, there's more! Upon finally settling into your room, you realize the AC is about as functional as a chocolate teapot. Naturally, you bring this to the attention of the staff, who conveniently blame it on a "remote issue." Spoiler alert: it's the same room the previous disgruntled guest was fuming about. Talk about déjà vu.
Now, here comes the cherry on top of this delightful experience: when you demand a refund for the inconvenience and false advertising, you're met with linguistic barriers and downright rudeness from the staff. Because who needs customer service skills or the ability to communicate effectively, right?
We decided to call the OYO representative to shed some light on our predicament. With hope in our hearts, we explained the absurdity of the situation, expecting some semblance of support. The OYO representative, understanding our plight, intervened and instructed the hotel staff to do the right thing and refund our money. However, despite the clear directive from higher powers, the stubborn staff remained unmoved, refusing to budge an inch. It's a shame when even the cavalry's arrival fails to inspire change
As the night wears on, your patience wears thin. After a futile attempt to reason with the staff and a not-so-friendly ultimatum to vacate the premises, you find yourself contemplating spending the night in your car like a character straight out of a low-budget horror flick.
In the end, defeated and disillusioned, you resign yourself to spending the remainder of your stay in that subpar room, your dreams of a relaxing getaway shattered like glass. But hey, at least you have this cautionary tale to share with fellow travelers. Consider yourself warned: steer clear of Indra Suites unless you're in the market for a comedy of errors and a crash course in frustration.
