UCO Bank Chennai Zone (Read More 👇👇)

UCO Bank के Chennai Zone के Zonal Head A.S. Ajit पर गंभीर आरोप लगे हैं।

एक कर्मचारी ने email के ज़रिए शिकायत की है कि Zonal Head ने Office में ‘डर और दबाव का माहौल’ बना रखा है।

शिकायत में कई घटनाओं का ज़िक्र है। एक मामले में जब एक Branch Head की मां का देहांत हुआ और उन्होंने छुट्टी मांगी, तो Zonal Head ने कथित तौर पर कहा –
“मां तो सबकी मरती है… नाटक मत करो, तुरंत जॉइन करो, वरना मैं LWP (Leave Without Pay) लगा दूंगा।”

यह बयान सामने आते ही मामला विवादों में घिर गया है।

हालांकि, अब तक UCO Bank या Chennai Zonal Office की ओर से कोई आधिकारिक प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी गई है।

क्या इस तरह का व्यवहार एक अधिकारी को शोभा देता है?
