According to a report by IANS, the land, valued at Rs 12.91 crore, was bought by from the Khote family, who are based in 's upscale Cuffe Parade locality. The deal was completed on May 30, 2023, through Standard Chartered Bank, with Suhana paying a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh at the time of purchase.
